Due to food safety regulations, we generally cannot accept returns for food products once they have been delivered.
Returns and Refunds
We may offer refunds, replacements, or store credit if:
• The wrong item was supplied
• The item is damaged during delivery
• The product is defective
• The product has expired before delivery
Reporting Issues
Customers must report issues within 48 hours of receiving their order.
Please include:
• Order number
• Product details
• Photos of the affected item
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable:
• Opened food products
• Perishable items
• Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
